Join #WomenEd in conversation for a heart-to-heart around a topic of importance to our community.
Jane Kise is the co-author of Step In, Step Up: Empowering Women for the School Leadership Journey. This guide for current and aspiring women leaders helps educators discover their personal leadership identity and overcome the gender barriers to leadership in education. Jane will kickstart our conversation with an overview of gender archetypes and stereotypes and then point out the many ongoing polarities often seen as either/or's in the COVID19 environment. How this thinking relates to the #WomenEd community will be points of discussion.
Jennifer Abrams is the author of Swimming in the Deep End and Having Hard Conversations. Jennifer will bring her positive energy to our Heart-to-Heart chat and share her perspectives too.
Join us as we explore gender archetypes and stereotypes and dialogue about this ongoing polarity in the COVID-19 environment. We will begin with a short presentation from Jane, followed by a panel chat between Jane, Jennifer and Angeline. Questions and interactions from you are welcome and will be integrated into the conversation.
