Our Instructional Leadership pillar provides training for school leaders on the six driving forces of instructional leadership — implementation, focus on learning, student engagement, instructional strategies, efficacy, and evaluation of impact.

Our Thought Leader Collaborative works with school leadership teams to strengthen their professional learning communities and introduce them to the tools critical in establishing a purposeful, productive, impactful, and collaborative work environment focused on high-impact classroom practices.

Each Instructional Leadership session will be custom-tailored based on the needs, data, and context of the local school system, but general focus areas include: facilitating data reviews, generating buy-in, building capacity, overcoming barriers to implementation and leading system-wide change.
