Flipped meetings are a process of setting a learning goal for a meeting (i.e. faculty, PLC, department, etc.), sending out a resource prior to the meeting and engaging in learning together at the meeting. So often, people don't use what they learn at a meeting because they are talked at instead of talked with, and flipping is about learning together.
