School leaders (i.e. instructional coaches, teacher leaders, building leaders, central office leaders, etc.) are experiencing a high level of stress during COVID.
In several surveys they told us why, but also gave interesting insight into why they are ok with talking about teacher and student stress, but not the stress they feel.
