School leadership teams have the potential to building collective leader efficacy (CLE), which means that what they set as a goal together will have a positive impact on the student learning conditions.

This video focuses briefly on the driver, focus, contributor and preconditions to build CLE and then goes into 4 deep questions that all school leadership teams can use to guide their collaborative practices.

1. How are teachers and students working together to create authentic learning experiences?

2. How are we supporting teachers in that process?

3. How do we engage families in the process?

4. What unbiased evidence do we collect to understand our impact?
